Rayton Solar, Inc. (Rayton or “the Company”) usespatented particle accelerator-based technology to produce engineered wafers of galliumnitride, gallium arsenide, and silicon carbide (GaN, GaAs, and SiC) that canserve as the basis for a wide array of applications. Many current andnext-generation electronics-based technologies require either fast speeds, highpowers or both.  While, silicon-based semiconductors are insufficient inthese regards, semiconductors made from gallium nitride, gallium arsenide, andsilicon carbide can serve as the foundation on which high-speed, high-powerelectronics will be built .
TheCompany believes that its uniquefabrication method for semiconductors will yield more wafers from a single bulk wafer than industry production methods, thereby allowing the price of thesewafers to potentially be reducedby as much 25% whencompared to current market prices.Management believes that the reduced price point could help the growth of 5Ginfrastructure, advanced automotive electronics, cellular technology etc. andhelp Rayton potentially gain some market leverage as it hopes to serve thecompanies building these burgeoning technologies.
